Is this false advertisement?

Additional Details:
If a business advertises "Anything is Possible". There is no fine print on the bottom of the
advertisement or exceptions after the radio ad. I go to the business asking "Is it possible for me
to the this item for this price." and they say " No it is not possible." Is it considered false
advertisement?
Legal Topic Area: Consumer Law in WI

The standard for truth in advertising is the "take away" a person without a large degree of intellect or sophistication would have from such a statement. No person who is able to read those words and understand that there is even a question can actually believe that they can name any price for a product. The suggestion that this is "false advertising" is silly.
