Winter Freeze! Loretta Salzano

I bank with USAA and they have frozen all of my account since December 19. They will not tell me why. I have not been involved in any illegal activity. I had my payroll direct deposit post on December 23rd but they will not give me access to it and A have a VA direct deposit going in tomorrow that I will not have access to. I am a single working mom and have no means of funds...please advise!

Even if you haven't been involved in illegal activity, perhaps it has to do with a debt you owe, and your account is being garnished. It could also be that the freeze is due to someone else's claim about fraud. I suggest that you go up to the ladder at the bank for an answer as to why your account is frozen. In the meantime, you will want to change your direct deposit information.
