Another new scam to watch out for in the Consumer Fraud arena. Scammers now use your personal sites,
like Facebook and Myspace as a gateway to hacking your e-mail accounts. Then, having access to your
friends send e-mails claiming dire emergency and a need to have money wired to them, usually
somewhere out of the country. If you get such an e-mail, DO NOT SEND MONEY until you can verify, by
personal contact, that your friend or family member sent the request. At a minimum use a security
question for reciept of the money that only your friend or family member would know, rather than
simply presenting some form of foreign identification.
