Forced extended warranty scam

More details to this question:
Bought a pre-owned car from a Honda dealer. He had included extended warranty in the contract saying it is to lower the interest rate and made me sign (crookedly by taking my credit card details) agreeing to pay a penalty of 2165$, if I cancel it. But he did not give me this signed paper (signed different papers and did not remember I had signed this). Now this amount is charged to my credit card and when I disputed the amount, he gave the paper I signed to the credit card company. Is there any way out of this?
