More details to this question:
My husband and I have a legal question, it's regarding to see if we have any type of case against this company we are doing business with. We have a motorhome that we own and we put it in with this company who rents it out for us and we are under contract with them. We feel that they are not reporting all the rentals to us as my husband has been monitoring the mileage in the vehicle. It has more miles than rentals. Also it has damage from the rentals that as of right now has not been repaired. The warranty has fixed some but body damage is not. with regards to the warranty information they signed my husband's name to the warranty information and refused to send us receipts so that we could see what was going on with it. We have asked them to call us when it comes back from a rental with damage and that did not happen. They claim they called us but we have no record on our phones that they did call. We feel that they are being deceitful in their dealings with us and we are wondering

If a company fails to honor a product's warranty, or is violating the Fair Credit Reporting Act and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, or refuses to replace a defective product under state lemon laws, you may need a strong advocate on your side. An attorney whose practice focuses on consumer law can work tirelessly to see that you are treated fairly and afforded all of the consumer rights and protections afforded to you under state and federal laws.
